Hunting:
Located in unit 2A Pump Mesa is the mecca for giant mule deer, low densities but with high quality and plenty of feed grow some of the best mule deer in New Mexico. Navajo Reservoir has been a go to spot for years to have an opportunity at 200" mule deer, the phenomenal genetics and mild winters produce Giants. Pump Mesa ranch also qualifies for 2 elk permits yearly, 1 mature bull and 1 either sex.
